Terms & Conditions

By purchasing from All Major Appliances, you agree to the terms and policies outlined below. These do not limit your rights under the Australian Consumer Law.

1. General

  • All parts sold are genuine or OEM unless otherwise stated.
  • Items must be installed by a licensed technician. We do not provide installation advice.
  • We are not liable for damage caused by incorrect part selection or installation.

2. Returns & Exchanges

  • You may return unused, uninstalled items within 30 days of purchase. Items must be in original packaging and in resalable condition. Return shipping is your responsibility unless the item is faulty or incorrect.
    Items not eligible for return:
    - Electrical components (e.g. switches, PCBs)
    - Factory seconds
    - Special-order items
  • We reserve the right to decline returns that do not meet the above conditions.

3. Faulty or Incorrect Items

  • Contact us within 7 days of delivery if your item is faulty, damaged, or incorrect.
  • Clear photos and proof of purchase may be required.
  • If confirmed, we’ll arrange a refund or replacement at no cost to you.

4. Order Cancellations

  • Orders can be cancelled before dispatch only.
  • Special orders cannot be cancelled once placed with our supplier.
  • If your order has already shipped, it must be returned under our standard return policy.

5. Warranty

  • All products are covered by the manufacturer’s warranty against defects before installation.
  • Warranty does not cover installation costs, misuse, or wear and tear.
