SHIPPING

Standard Shipping

  • All Major Appliances delivers products Australia-wide using Australia Post

  • We are to committed to fast dispatch times and make every effort to make sure the parts listed on our website are available. 

  • In case an ordered part is not in stock we will order the part from the manufacturer within one business day

  • In case an ordered item is no longer available or on backorder, we will contact you within 2 business days to notify you about any alternative parts or issue a full refund.

  • We use Australia post as our main freight carrier.

  • Shipping times from our Freight carriers are estimated at between 3-10 business days depending on your location within Australia.

  • Tracking code is provided with all our shipments however we cannot provide guarantee on freight times as we are fully reliant on Australia Post and other carriers.

 

Express Shipping

  • We are excited to offer Express post on certain parts.

  • Orders are dispatched within 24 hours on business days i.e. Monday - Friday.

  • Shipping times for Express post is 1-2 business days for 80% of Australian addresses. All Major Appliances can make no guarantees on freight times and are fully reliant on Australia Post.

Damaged or Faulty Items

  • If you have received any Items damaged of Faulty, please notify us within 30 days of receiving the items by emailing us or calling us on 03 9878787

  • If you received the parts damaged, we may ask you to email us the pictures of the damaged parts.

  • We will advise you if the items need to be returned, if they need to be returned we will email you Return labels as per our Return process.

  • If the item is deemed to be damaged or faulty then we will send you the replacement within one business day, if item is not in stock we will order it from the manufacturer within one business day.

  • If a refund is required, full refund will be issued within one business day of the item being damaged or faulty. Refunds will be applied to the original payment method.

Not as Described Items

  • If you have received any Items which were not ordered or not as described, please notify us within 30 days of receiving the items by emailing us or calling us on 03 8979.

  • We will send you the correct item within one business day, if item is not in stock we will order it from the manufacturer within one business day.

  • If a refund is required, full refund will be issued within one business day of receipt of the returned item. Refunds will be applied to the original payment method. Please do not send credit card or bank account details with your return as they are not required to process a refund.

  • We will email you return labels as per our Return process to return the incorrect item back to us.

  • Please note any items which have been incorrectly supplied or not as described would need to be returned in their original packaging and not used. If the item has been used or fitted, then All Major Appliances reserves the right to reject the claim.

Incorrectly ordered items or no longer required.

  • If you have ordered an item incorrectly or no longer require the item, please notify us within 30 days of receiving the items by emailing us or calling us on 03 3479385.

  • Please note any items which need to be returned must be in their original packaging and not used. If the item has been used or fitted, then All Major Appliances reserves the right to reject the claim.

  • Electrical items that the packaging has been opened are considered fitted and are not returnable

  • The parts will need to be returned to us at your cost and in some cases a handling fees of 10% of item value may apply

  • A refund for original purchase price will be issued within 7 days of returned parts, Refunds will be applied to the original payment method. Please do not send credit card or bank account details with your return as they are not required to process a refund.

 

RETURNS

Return Process

  • If a part needs to be returned as per our above policy, please notify us by emailing us or calling us on 03 98797898.

  • If your request has been approved, please repack the item in their original packaging or adequate packaging to ensure the items are not damaged in transit and include a copy of the original invoice.

  • A return consignment label will be issued via email from All Major Appliances which is to be attached to the package and lodged at an Australia post outlet.
